Deputy Mayor of Shanghai Municipality, Weng Tie Hui, investigates SBS on the morning of March 18th. She is in the company of Zong Ming, Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai Government, Su Ming, Chief of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education, and Ding Xiaodong, Deputy Chief of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education. The management of SBS and responsible person of relative department attend this investigation.

President Zhu introduces SBS’s educational philosophy to the Deputy Mayor around 3 aspects: Business Properties, Applied Learning, and Informatization. He presents the recent reform and development of SBS as well.
