（2015 SBS Teaching conference） 

This conference invites Professor Chen Xiaohu, Secretary of Party Committee of Jinling Institute of Technology, Professor Jun Jingkang, Deputy President of Shanghai Tech University, and Professor Cai Jingmin, Secretary of Party Committee of Hefei University making special topic reports to introduce their successful experiences of talent fostering, building curriculum system, education reform, teachers team building and internationalization of running school.

In the afternoon of September 8^th, Deputy President of SBS, He Ying, makes a working report, which reviews SBS’s accomplishments in last educational year. It fully affirms the achievements, analyzes the problems, and specifically explains the major task which involves to the comprehensive reform of SBS. Afterward, Professor Caojing, Director of business Administration of Management Faculty, Professor Qiao Gang, Dean of High Technology Faculty, and Vice Professor, Li Zhigang, Deputy Dean of Accounting and Financial Faculty share their experiences about exploration and practice of talent fostering mode reform.

In the evening on September 8^th, all the participants are separated into 6 groups to discuss about the goal of talent fostering, scheme of talent fostering, curriculum system building, teachers team building and guarantee mechanism, which are based on the topics of self evaluation, optimization of specialty structure and deepening educational specialty contents.

In the morning on September 9^th, President Zhu Guohong introduces the background of this conference from 3 levels: state, region, and SBS. State: As an experimental site of national educational reform, Shanghai is facing the opportunities and challenges about the transformation development; Region: Promotion of “Teachers Stimulation Plan” should be carried forward; SBS: The school should make further efforts after the Evaluation of the Qualified under-graduate education last year. Besides that, President Zhu makes requests about enhancing specialty, innovative entrepreneurship educational system, optimizing under-graduate talent fostering scheme, and promoting the teachers stimulation plan.

Li Mingfu makes concluding remarks for this conference. He presents that reformation has been an irresistiblee trend. Every staff of SBS should respond to it.
