SBS delegation led by President Zhu Guohong recently visited the Faculty of Management Science and the Business School of Tshwane University of Technology in South Africa.
Tshwane University of Technology is the largest university of technology in South Africa, which came into being through a merger of three technikons — Technikon Northern Gauteng, Technikon North-West and Technikon Pretoria in 2004. It is a public university with 7 faculties, including engineering and architecture, sciences, humanities, arts, management science, information and communication, economics and finance. Students in bachelor, master and doctor degree programs are over 50,000.

Chaired by Dean EM Rankhumise of the Faculty of Management Science, SBS delegation had a meeting with Dr. Vinessa Naidoo, the Dean of MBA Business School and Professor Leiki. Tshwane has taken part in the 5+5 Sino-Africa universities framework and organized students group to visit Shanghai, Beijing and Hongkong in 2013 and 2014.

Our delegation also welcomes its students to visit SBS in the near future in the aim of promoting the students exchange and communications in business and management study. Rankhumise will pay a visit to SBS in July this year and follow up the MOU between our two universities.
After the formal discussion, delegation also met professor Cofe and his colleagues in the Business School of Tshwane.
