To further promote the development of cooperative talent cultivating program between SBS and LIU Post, and to improve the internationalization level of both universities, on Oct 27^th, Dean Robert Michael Valli of LIU Post College of Management led LIU delegation to visit SBS. He Ying, SBS Vice President, Chen Min, Director of Academic Affairs Office, Xiong Ping’an, Director of Development Center for Faculties and Teaching and Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Office, Yang Bing, Deputy Director of International Communication Division, Vivian Hu, Director of LIU Global College China Center and Representative of LIU School of Management in China, and Lin Caifang, Vice Secretary-General of China Association of Higher Education Committee on Inter-School Cooperation Research also attended the meeting.

At first, Vice President He Ying extended her warm welcome to the visit of Dean Robert Valli’s delegation, and appreciated for the careful arrangement made by LIU for the 2016 summer exchange program. The summer exchange program made a great success and received much compliments from the participating students. Such success has made a good start for the communication and cooperation between the two universities, and the following cooperation projects will focus on joint undergraduate program, student entrepreneurship, and the cultivation of innovation idea, capability, and quality among students.

At the meeting, Dean Robert Valli introduced LIU from its faculties and resources, cooperation with companies, and degree of internationalization. He also had in-depth communication and discussion on student cultivation and faculty training with SBS. At the meeting, two universities reach consensus on the major cooperation contents and the long-term development goals, and will gradually implement the work.
