February 20th was the first day of the new school term. In the morning, SBS Party Secretary Li Xin, President Zhu Guohong, Vice President Chen Jianfeng, and other relevant responsible persons came to SBS Fengxian Campus to comprehensively inspect the classroom teaching.

The campus in early spring is clean and tidy. Though the weather was rather cold after sudden change, students and teachers rushing to the classrooms with backpack and textbooks were still everywhere in the campus. The staff and supervisors from the department of academic affairs, department of student affairs, and each college went to their job early to carefully check the attendance of teachers and students in each academic building. At 8:20 students and teachers all went to their places for teaching and study. Teachers were giving lectures with enthusiasm and the attendance rate of students was high.

In Fengxian Campus, Secretary Lixin, President Zhu Guohong, and Vice President Chen Jianfeng went to Academic Building No. 3 and No. 4 to check the teaching of College of Management, College of Finance, and College of Commerce and Economics, asked relevant teachers about the situations at the beginning of the semester, and communicated with independent supervisors about the their observations. Then, the school leaders went to the Centralized Supervision Center of the school to learn about the usage of multimedia classrooms via CCTV and to check the usage of monitors. They also visited the reception center for teachers’ affairs and reception center for students’ affairs in the administration building, and communicated with other leaders accompanying with them about the recent works.

The inspection showed that the school has made full preparation for academic works and the academic orders are good.
Spring marks the start of a new year. According to the report, one week prior to the start of the semester, department of academic affairs, department of student affairs, department of logistics and supplies, experiment and training center, information and network center all conducted on-site inspection on the academic facilities, including academic buildings, student canteen, etc., to guarantee the proper order of the school at the beginning of the semester, and to create a positive campus environment for study and work.
