Vice President He Ying Met CEO Jimmy Chen of UUNZ Institute of Business

On Apr 20th, Vice President He Ying met with Prof. Jimmy Chen, CEO of UUNZ Institute of Business at Zhengzhou Institute of Finance and Economics. Since Mar 2016, SBS and UUNZ Institute of Business has signed cooperation memorandum, and to establish New Zealand Shanghai Business School (NZSBS). With the continuous implementation by two parties, New Zealand Shanghai Business School Co., Ltd. has been officially registered this February, and the project has entered the new stage of overall construction. SBS Vice President He Ying met CEO Jimmy Chen, who is visiting China to discuss the details of the overall construction of NZSBS.

Vice President He Ying first, on behalf of SBS, appreciated Prof. Chen for his support to NZSBS, and introduced briefly the plans on further conducting the work for NZSBS. Prof. Chen also expressed his welcome for further discussion on the project at SBS, and his support for SBS on continuing the project. An in-depth discussion was conducted at the meeting on the details and procedures for implementing the oversea school project, and the potential problems during the process. Two parties reached agreement on the official registration of New Zealand Shanghai Business School Co., Ltd., President of NZSBS, and the effective implementation of undergraduate education in New Zealand. Vice Director Liu Huiqi of SBS Office of Planning, and Vice Director Shao Xiaoping of HR Department, and Teacher Liu Hong of School of Foreign Languages also participated in the meeting.
