From February 23^rd to March 1^st, 2018, the International Education College started preparations for orientation meeting for international students. New deployments and plans have been made in terms of student registration, mobilization meetings, student enrollment, make-up exams etc., to embrace the arrival of the new semester.

The preparatory work consists of four sections. The first section is students registration, including registration of language students, part-time university graduates and vocational school graduates, which specifically involves the international student's pick-up, accommodation arrangements, and the adaptation training for the school environment. The second section is the mobilization meeting for language students, including contacting School of Foreign Language to arrange for teachers and students of the Korean Department to attend orientation for freshmen from Cheongju University of South Korea, site lending, PPT production, and other related work. The third section includes students enrollment and make-up exams. Students enrolment includes entry registration for language students, make-up exam notifications for students who are concerned, and providing care and counseling for review etc..

On Thursday, March 1^st, 2018, the International Education College successfully completed the preparatory orientation meeting, embracing the new semester with the most positive manners.
