In the afternoon of May 14, Vice-president He Ying warmly received the delegation led by Dr.Jeffery Long (a total of three persons), Vice-president of Eastern New Mexico University, US, at Xuhui Campu. Both parties held conference on the exchanges and cooperation between the teachers and students of the two universities, and Yang Bing, Deputy Director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, accompanied and received them.

In the conference, Vice-president He introduced school-running characteristics and professional advantage of Shanghai Business School to the guests from four aspects, that is, internationalization, industry-orientation, applied talents and informatization, respectively, and delivered speech on the potentials of cooperation. Dr.Long, Vice-president of Eastern New Mexico University, briefly introduced its setup of college and professional advantage of different departments, he wishes that both parties can carry out various exchanges and cooperation. Both parties have reached and signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) pertaining to programs such as staff exchange and students’ communications and exchanges etc. in the meeting.
