China has always emphasized that " give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. ". With the deepening development of world multipolarity, economic globalization, the greater availability of IT applications, and cultural diversification, the destinies of people around the world have never been more closely linked. China actively shares with developing countries the valuable experience it has accumulated in its development. By organizing the two seminars, we shared China's successful experience in fiscal management and youth entrepreneurship to provide reference for the participating countries and enhance their independent development in the two fields.
Chen Wei said that the two seminars are successful exchanges and explorations between China and the participating countries in fiscal management and youth entrepreneurship, and are also vivid cases of China promoting international development cooperation and practicing the development concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind. Although the seminars have ended, the exchanges and cooperation between China and developing countries will become broader and deeper in various fields, and their friendship will definitely continue to flourish. He sincerely hoped that the participants would help to promote the development of friendly cooperation between China and other developing countries, and become messengers to convey friendship and promote cooperation.
Guo Changlin, an expert representative of the "Seminar on Finance for Afghanistan", expressed his hope that the review of China's fiscal policy practices could provide participating officials with new ideas to deal with issues related to the fiscal field in their own countries. He pointed out that fiscal policy is a sector with both general and special features. Interaction with officials from Afghanistan during the seminar not only deepened the thinking of both sides on issues in relevant fields, but also helped to promote the continuous progress of fiscal policy practices and research. The participating officials actively thought about and asked questions, and interacted with each other in lectures, showing great professionalism.
