Opening ceremony of training class

Based on the work arrangement of Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C., 31 sessions of training classes would be held in our school in 2019, and the training contents were mainly about infrastructure planning and construction, urban planning and construction, SME development and management, trade and finance and so on. The three sessions of seminars at the ministerial level broke records in terms of the annual project scale and the number of ministerial projects. The current session was the first foreign assistance training project organized by our school in this year, which would last for 14 days. Twenty five officials at department level and above from Ministry of Economic Affairs of Pernambuco, Ministry of Environment of Pernambuco, Congress of Pernambuco and Chamber of Commerce of Pernambuco, Brazil would participate in the training project. In the theme of commerce and trade promotion, the training class is designed to promote the exchanges and cooperation between China and Brazil in the domain of commerce and trade promotion.

To Facilitate the training class of current session, we would invite experts and scholars from Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, People's Government of Xuhui District, Shanghai, Shanghai Academy of Social Science, Institute for Strategic Studies of Shanghai International Trade Center and some of university and college in Shanghai and they would exchange and share their ideas with the trainees and officials on the subject of China ' s economic system reform and course and effects of opening to the outside world, the economic profile of Shanghai and its experience in investment attraction and Shanghai’s exploration and practices in building Shanghai International Trade Center and so on. Moreover, they would carry out on-the-spot investigation in Shanghai Free Trade Zone and Shanghai Electronic Port so that the trainees and official would actually understand the trade facilitation practices in Shanghai. At the same time, the trainees and officials would travel to Hangzhou, Jinhua and Yiwu in Zhejiang Province and visit Jinhual Bureau of Commerce and other units such as Zhejiang China Commodities City Group Co., Ltd. etc. for investigation and exchange, so they would have the opportunity to have further understanding of commerce and trade development in different areas of China.
