Alan Hudson, Professor of the University of Oxford, is awarded the Famous Overseas Professor of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission for the Faculty of Management and the special fund was granted as well.  

　　Professor Alan Hudson, as the chief director of the project of Leadership and Public Policy, has many achievements in Leading Behavior, Public Policy, and Global Business Management. He has given the lessons at Fudan University, Peking University HSBC Business School, and Shanghai University of Financial and Economics, and has brought plenty of leading edge achievements of Oxford and the global vision into the classrooms in China. Due to the massive accomplishments, he won the Magnolia Awards twice in 2009 and 2013. 

　　Since Professor Alan Hudson has a deep understanding of the business environments of Shanghai and London, he has given several keynotes speeches on Shanghai Global Business Forum. We believe, as the Famous Overseas Professor of SBS, Professor Alan Hudson will help SBS to get developing in the business administration field, and will upgrade the international connection of SBS. 

　　Now, the faculty of management is actively preparing for the first lecture and scientific research of Professor Alan Hudson in October with the relative departments in SBS. 

　　The project Famous Overseas Professor is set up in 2011 by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, which means Shanghai government will support and subsidize the university to introduce the first class talents all over the world. It aims to find the best ones world-wildly to lecture the students and enhance the level of scientific research in every possible field in Shanghai.
