Recently, the online innovation and entrepreneurship course and enterprise project practical training jointly organized by Shanghai Business School (SBS), University of Toronto and University of York was launched in the Faculty of Business Administration. This project will last for two months, and 15 students from four majors of the Faculty of Business Administration participated in the international online professional course and enterprise project practical training.

After the first online course, Jiao Yue, Vice President of the Faculty of Business Administration, and Zeng Na of the Office of International Exchange held a project mobilization meeting on April 13, 2021 in conference room 307 of the administration building, introducing the general arrangement of the innovation and entrepreneurship course and the enterprise project practical training, and summarizing the situation of the first class.

Jiao Yue mentioned that everyone behaved well at the first class. All the students attended the class on time, listened carefully, and actively interacted with foreign teachers in class. Jiao Yue hoped that the students could grasp this unique opportunity to communicate with two excellent foreign universities, i.e. the University of Toronto and the University of York. At the same time, she hoped that the students would maintain a positive attitude towards learning in the follow-up courses.

Zeng Na introduced the online innovation and entrepreneurship course of the University of Toronto and the online practical training session jointly prepared by the University of York and Accenture Consulting Company. She also told the students what to pay attention to in the future and answered some questions about the project.

The  two-month online innovation and entrepreneurship course and enterprise project practical training will be realized through online interactive courses, online discussion forums, online group discussions, etc. The online practical training session by the University of York and Accenture Consulting Company enables students to acquire sufficient professional knowledge and update their own cognition through thecomplete learning process of “theory + practice”, and use what they have learned in practice to accumulate more experience, expand their international vision and enhance their competitiveness.
